Meetings & Location |

We meet the 2nd Thursday of each month, except December, usually at 10915 Vance Jackson, Oak Ridge Baptist Church in the fellowship hall. The business meeting begins at 8 PM and last about one hour usually ending with refreshments. Most months we offer a Clinic before the meeting at 7PM. Check out a Map Here. |

Membership |

Thank you for (considering/filling out) an application (find one here) to join our association. The membership process takes about 3 months to complete. (Once the committee prepares for the first reading.) Applicants’ names are announced at each meeting giving members a chance to know the individual who has applied for membership. Once your application is complete and you have met all the requirements to become a member, you are voted in at the 3rd reading. You must be in attendance at the third meeting, so you can be voted on, take the pledge of membership and begin benefiting from your membership. (Receiving discounts, your copy of the By-Laws, membership pin, and Association decal.) There are several categories of membership for you to consider: Applications are available here.
